The Earl of East Shinrin-Yoku bath salt is a blend of dead sea salt and epsom salt, which are infused with an aromatic & earthy blend of cedar wood and black pepper that creates a natural calming atmosphere in which to escape to. Throw into your shower or bath or use it to rub smoothly right onto your skin to relax and exfoliate.

Shinrin Yoku or “forest bathing”, is a Japanese ritual that involves taking in the forest atmosphere. It is proven to lower heart rate, reduce stress, boost the immune system and improve your overall wellbeing.

Hand blended in their East London studio, this bath salt has been made using 100% essential oils allowing you to wind down after a long busy day.
